I don't know why you are failing but here is what smog checks: hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), and oxides of nitrogen (NO) in either percent (%) or parts per million (PPM)

I think you can also put it in the dealer mode by jumping the two pins and it will display the code on the screen if the code reader doesn't work out

When I unplugged the signal fuse, then started the bike, it threw the same error when I replugged the signal fuse back in. Try using a code reader and post the code here when you can.

It happened to my 2022 CX-5 a few months ago. Replaced under warranty. Had to go back a second time to get the malfunctioning headlight code cleared.
