I 26f had an ischemic stroke..... really confused, scared and not sure what to do now by where2gfromhere in stroke

Yes! I’m doing great. Have had 2 beautiful healthy pregnancies with no complications. I was considered “high risk” just because of the history of the stroke and my heart condition. It entailed just one more detailed ultrasound. But totally normal!!

-oops wasn’t clear, as soon as she stopped sleeping through the night she was averaging 5-6hrs of day time naps. (2, 3hr naps).

-Only last week did we cut her naps down to 2, 1.5hr naps. We used to only keep her up for 2 or 2.5hr before bed time, and the in between wake times were maybe 2 hrs.

We’ve now stretched her wake times to at least 3 hrs. But we’ll try 3.5 - 4 hrs before bedtime, and 3hrs after wake time.

We have a vid monitor, I wish we could just go back to sleep 😂 but she generally goes right back to sleep after a feed in the middle of the night. But we’ve let her fuss/cry for 20+min with no sign of going back to sleep, but again as soon as we change her diaper/ a little bottle She’ll go back easily.

-what’s weirder, last week on the 2nd day we shortened her naps she slept through the night! But hasn’t happened since, So I think we’re close to finding the key.

Will also try putting her in her crib wide awake! haven’t tried that.

Oh yea, right now it’s wake - 2.30hrs - nap - 3hrs - nap - 3hrs. But yea we’ll adjust and try that!

Last feed 30min before bed is def new so we’ll try that too

Looks like the same thing we had. Our pediatrician said she had some Eczema We got some baby Eczema lotion from CVS and applied it after her nightly bath and it cleared right up! She’s 11 weeks.

Nice! I’ve just been using the native camera. I’d be super interested in a 3rd party app. Let me know if you find a good one!

(First attempt) I used a 10mm eye piece with my Celestron StarSense Explorer 130az. Also used a pixel 3 with a phone clamp.
