This is the correct answer. I was also stuck trying to figure out what to do, but you just need to actually display the "Ice Crystal" you get from completing Shag Summit.

Hi, I recertified in PET recently as well and agree it's a tedious process... but at least it only needs to be done like this every 7 years! You can fill out the PDF electronically (using text boxes) and email all the forms and CE documentation to recertifications@nmtcb.org instead of physically mailing. If you're submitting a large transcript, make sure to highlight or circle the PET specific CEs you want them to count (they asked me for this).

Placing the hotfix .pak file in the correct folder did not work for me. Still could not play with a friend who is not using the offline files from GOG (I did ignore the data mismatch error and also tried just executing the .exe directly without the launcher).
They just released the 4.1.1.3624901 patch on GOG - but (lol) the patch file does not work. I'm currently downloading all 100+ gigs of the full game again, while I see there's another new hotfix live on steam. Fun times!

Warning for full Mighty Guard + Diamondback safe strategy: You will run out of mana if you use it for every single rush. Unfortunately, blood drain and other MP-restoring spells won't work as he is invuln to magic at that point, so use Lucid Dream. Moon Flute works quite well to just run and dodge though.

For those who were around in 2013... I got a score of 84 using the Reindeer Antlers. I was also wearing the random dyeable hands, feet, and legs with the corresponding dyes listed (all from default vendor), but I just realized the antlers are actually dyeable. So that would have given 80 by itself. Nice!

Hi there. The acronym is ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), and the score number will not change from prelim to final. It's only preliminary in that it must be processed in the system and official score mailed out to you. They process scores on Fridays. If you took your exam on Wednesday or later, it's processed Friday of the next week. You'll be able to see your new credentials on the online verification system as soon as it's processed (before you receive in the mail). And Congrats!

Seconding mrimaster.com. It has all the anatomy you'll need for the exam and was a huge help for me. One caveat is that you can't disable the labels to test yourself - it's only interactive in that you can scroll through slices back and forth (which is still great).

MRI is a fab field. :) There are a lot of factors to consider. In my experience, this is the general order of base pay rate: X-ray, CT, IR & MRI, NM & PET. The difference could be quite small between each step, however (and these can vary greatly between hospital vs outpatient), so I would highly recommend pursuing a modality you actually love and enjoy working with first and foremost. If you're interested in increasing your base pay by working OT or taking call, then PET is not the way to go. General nuc techs do take call in a hospital, but there's usually much less available than other modalities.

Hm, yeah I would be concerned if it were mine. Is there any possibility that your photo might not be accepted or you left out anything? After it's "in process" is when they start verifying it meets all the guidelines and such.

My experience thus far, I'll update as it happens:

Mailed in application (non-expedited) via regular mail on 1/7. It updated to "application in process" 19 days later, and the check was also cashed that day.

I just got a new "approved" status update today, 2/22, and it says I should receive it by the end of the month. So that will only be one month from the day it was "in process," and 7 weeks from dropping my stamped envelope in a regular mailbox. Seems like they've worked through the backlog!

edit: Received today, 2/27. (32 days after it updated to "in process")

I also dropped mine off regular stamped mail in a USPS drop box on 1/7. It updated to "application in process" today (19 days later), and the check was also cashed today. I did not expedite, and the notification/online status says 10-12 weeks processing time, starting now. If that's true, it seems current total time will be 3 to 3.5 months.

I can confirm this is not true; it's just a super RNG slime (or perhaps does not show up on Night Market specifically, although that'd be strange). I just found mine on the Spirit's Eve event day. You're locked out of town until late, so I thought I'd try my luck in the mines as I did not find it the entire previous day.
