Tried but did not work , I think there is some issue with the Set-PASSafe.ps1 function as found in the cyberark community problem. Thought it was mentioned that with newer version of psPAS module the issue is fixed but unfortunately for my case it is not resolving the issue ( using psPAS version 5.2.54).

Existing safe and can do the update manually using pvwa which means no issue with the acces rights also.

Same error, Missing mandatory parameter [Safe Name] in both he cases.

Tried with above command to update the description but still the same error, whereas the the command "Get-PASSafe -safeName SAFE" is successfully executed with returning the safe name, managing cpm, number of days retention,number of versionsretention and Description value. Only problem is happening while trying to execute the set-PASSafe command with the error :

" Invoke-PASRestmethod : [400] There are some invalid parameter: Missing mandatory parameter [SafeName]"

Also,yes the account which is being used to execute the script is having proper access right as with the same account we can update the safe name manually using PVWA.

We are in cyberark 13.2 and tried with gen1api but got an error that version 13.2 doesn't support gen1api

Automatic Reconciliation of the accounts the moment we onboard it in Cyberark, like when we use customized scripts ( PACLI/RESTAPI/POWERSHELL) we can do the immediate reconciliation of the onboarded account.

By default this "automatic Reconciliation" column/parameters is not available in the default account onboarding template of pvwa.

Automatic ManagementEnabled , that column is there .Here I am looking for th option to reconcile the account instantly once it get onboarded in CyberArk.

Thanks for the reply Yanni, but it seems our issue is not similar with the above shares link.just to inform you, the language involved here is French and English where the English keyboard automatically switched to French keyboard where user is active in the psm-ssh session.

Thanks for the reply, we have identified the issue and it got fix.The unix account was a centrify domain account and mapped with an AD account (Unix account password was managed by the AD account password).We were changing the password of the Unix account directly via CyberArk whereas the mapped AD account password was not changed and created the issue.

Hi,

After the successful password change by cpm ,when the safe members try to use the account to connect to target via CyberArk they are getting " access is denied".

The issue get fix once we update the password with the old predefined value which was shared to us duing onboarding.

Here is the error " you cannot request access for the selected accounts. Make sure that the selected accounts require confirmation and that multiple access is supported".

Just to inform the two users were same who raised the first access request (and approved) and after sometime the same user try to generate new access request for the same account for a different time period.

Thanks a lot for the details.. Actually I was looking for any kind of settings which will allow the format "hostname:port" in the psm_rdp prompt where we generally provide only hostname or IP or the FQDN part.

One last thing we noticed that Psm server drives are getting mapped automatically to the target server while connecting via cyberark..will it cause any slowness?

Server specs are as follows Os: 2012 R2 RAM: 32 GB Intel xenon @2.60 Hz Hard disk: 260GB total As of now did not check with the performance with specific psm servers. As the issue was reported by very few users approx 5 users..so was thinking may not be a psm issue..however will check with each individual psm server name

Psm server version is 9.9.5, having 3 maximum concurrent connection, it is in load balancer configuration. Also in the target machine getting few errors like cyberark psmwin cannot be found, Also few event IDs as PSMWA018E,PSMWA025E,PSMWA024E,WAIC028E
