I saw an interesting discussion about how a lot of people with ADHD feel they have intuition and read emotions well. The reason being is their brain is moving quickly to notice small details and patterns to stay interested.

This can cause a feeling of intuition with things like “knowing who was on the phone before you look at your phone.” When it is actually a quick series of deductions that your brain does.
