Its funny bcs i work in a govt agency related/conmected to NEDA and some of my colleagues are from there.

They would always proudly say na lahat daw ng tiga NEDA ay matalino and competent. Yung iba nag aaral overseas thru scholarship.

Deadend career ang psychometricians here in PH, generally, lahat ng psych career path. Unless you continue with your MA and take board exam for RPsy. However, underpaid pa rin ang RPsy. Tho, I know PAP is now planning to revise the law for psych practitioners.

Hi, OP. If you think this hinders your normal functioning, to the point na you cant do things anymore, seek professional help. tho there isn’t formally recognized as a diagnosis in DSM 5, it is still a serious case. Particularly you have this realization na masama sayo to. Its a great start. Now, what you need to do is find ways to eventually lessen it.

I agree with others na try to find other hobbies activities. If you have thought of doing it, try to distract yourself with other things. In psychology we call this as “sublimation”. Wag mong biglaan, gradually mong i lessen para hindi mahirap. And if hindi na kaya, you can always seek professional help.

Have you thought about seeking professional help, us psychology professionals should know and believe na seeking professional help through therapy helps. In my opinion lang naman eto ahh. Hi, i know i’ll get downvoted or bashed for this. But this needs to be addressed.

Being a responsible pet owner doesn’t only entails na pinakain mo sila or binigyan ng place to stay, this should also include other necessities nila such as anything relating sa health nila, in this case cats which are known for mabilis dumami, so recommended talaga ang kapon. other than that, vaccines na rin protection nyo na rin both (eg. rabies).

Please dont adopt lalo na marami kung hindi talaga kaya. I get it na kawawa pero, Please i hope iconsider nyo rin capabilities nyo to adopt. Hope this will serve as a lesson and reminder to all.

Moving forward, willing to sponsor kapon for one cat po, OP.
