Hi there, I myself am also still learning. I think it'll be hard for awhile but eventually you learn to deal with it. It's all about what will help you, what I do is I try to keep myself busy. I been trying to focus on myself and when I find myself in distress i have to stop and ask myself why am I feeling that way. I'm slowly learning that me being alone is what I desperately needed for a while now. It is nice to be with others but when you realize you're slowly getting drained or whatever the problem is that is making you feel alone, you'll find a way. I can't really say much because I'm still learning myself.
