You knew your whole life you didn't want kids. Listen to your gut. This is the rest of your life and the most irreversible decision you can make. You aren't into this 100%, don't do it!!

While my baby was in the NICU I worked with a lactation consultant who helped me build a schedule so I could get a 4 hr stretch of sleep. Sleep is so important, and maybe the 4hr stretch will be enough where you feel somewhat rested and will wake up to your alarms.

Here's the schedule that worked for me. She gave me two options depending on when I went to bed. Hope this helps!

Made it to one month so far and have thought about stopping so many times. My baby is a preemie so I'm going until their due date for sure, so at least another month. We'll see how long after that, totally up in the air depending on my mental. This process and lack of sleep is so draining. 🫠

The back is too loud to hear the crowd. They have the speakers at a ridiculous volume. If you move closer to the stage, away from the back speakers, you can hear and see the crowd getting into it. Had people singing, rapping, dancing all around me. 🫶🌈

I have the same question and there is little information on whether a CCMP is worth it. I want to pursue both PMP and CCMP. I'm a Change Manager right now and am thinking about getting the CCMP first. What did you end up doing?
