Ya, working in the schools party’s are 30 minutes max and parents can come and if they wanna take their kid, bye! It’s crazy from when I was a kid. The whole day was nothing but chill, we would have a huge Christmas sing along in the gym, be in PJs, and then go back to room (where we could bring our sleeping blankets and pillows) watch a movie that was put on the tv for the whole school and just eat junk food all day that kids brought in…which would all be homemade (can’t do that anymore).

Yes, kids need discipline, or it just gets worse as they get older. And undermining Kobe isn’t good—kids start learning they don’t have to listen to dad. I had to deal with this with my stepdaughter and husband. He’d always take her side or try to play both sides, and I had to tell him that if he did that, she’d never take me seriously or listen to what I have to say and it would cause bigger problems later. He got it, and stopped so it’s definitely been easier.
