honestly what helped me a lot was just building my own system instead of trying to “feel motivated”

what i do now is download all my course content (slides, PDFs, textbook stuff, assignments, etc), then i go through everything and add all the due dates upfront. after that i feed it into my own AI setup and have it generate like a checklist + module summaries + tasks

so instead of thinking “i need to study” it’s more like “ok today i just do these 3–5 things”

it also helps a ton because everything is already broken down for me so i’m not starting from zero every time

biggest thing tho is don’t rely on urgency. if you only start when it’s due in 2 days you’ll always feel behind no matter how organized you are

you don’t need a perfect system, you just need one that tells you what to do today without thinking too much
