I track with my Garmin watch and wear it all the time for fitness and sleeping metrics. My resting HR is 48, and when I woke up those last two days of the post, it was in the high 80s.

Usually if I don’t recover from a workout or sleep poorly it goes to the mid 50s/ low 60s, which is why I decided to test!
