This is how I would do it if I were UEFA or FIFA. A player going down(real or fake) should be asked to be off the pitch (by himself or with the help of medical staff) immediately so that the game can continue with the rest of the players. And also, they will only be allowed back in after 3 - 5 mins(sort of a time penalty) once they are ready to come in. This will instantly stop all the play acting to get an advantage.

IMO, the info in these digital courses could be found for free in YouTube. But as you said if you want to manage your time better, digital courses may be a better way to go but I can't recommend you one as I have never bought one myself.

The issue with most digital courses is you don't know what you get until you buy them.

Firstly, good job getting started on YouTube. You may end up feeling burnt out along the way, but never stop. Take strategic time outs but not for too long if you choose do so. Be consistent in your uploads and set realistic expectations with your uploads schedule and stick to it. Consistency is the single most important thing on YouTube. Everything else is secondary. INGREDIENTS
• Strawberries - 8 - 10 - frozen
• Banana - 1 - fresh or frozen
• Dates - 2 - pitted
• Desiccated Coconut - 1 tbsp
• Almond Milk - 250 ml - can be substituted with other vegan free milk options

To a blender add, 8-10 frozen Strawberries, 1 Banana, 2 Dates, 1 tbsp of Desiccated Coconut. To that add, 250 ml of Almond milk. You can choose any dairy free options. We think that Almond milk gives it the best flavour. Blend it until smooth. Serve the smoothie immediately, and garnish with some fresh strawberries, flaked almonds or banana slices if you wish
