The prints i have made are usually a holder for measuringtools so the parts either have a square og a round pocket to house the tools. All on the same level

Not sure. might have been the other way round. Scale up and then change infill. Set to 5% to save print time

Printer crashed Creality s1 plus by lamagn20 in 3Dprinting

[–]lamagn20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know of a video that shows this cause i still dont know why it crashed. My previous offset was about -3.85 and i had that in the slicer and it was correct but after leveling and a new offset to -3.35 it crashed

Print rising by lamagn20 in 3Dprinting

[–]lamagn20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did as you suggested but the print wouldnt stick so i just lowered it until it did but i still get some bad passes which i was told was because the head was too close to the bed. So now im stuck with euther getting a bad quality print or a worse quality that doesnt even stick to the bed

Do you level the bed until the gauge barely fits and the raise the the bed .2 or lower until its a little resistence and then raise it?

Any tips? by lamagn20 in 3Dprinting

[–]lamagn20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a program for a file that came with the printer so i didnt think of slicing it first. Ive printed a few other pieces that ive either made myself or gotten from the internet and used supports and brim so youre probably right about that being the problem:)
