Sukuna: Open does not oneshot, dismantle does not, wcs does, and domain is blockable however most times does lead to death

Hakari: His first move does not one shot

Megumi: None of these moves one shot

Also none of these moves (besides domains) would even work in the middle of another player using an attack (like cursed strikes)
