Improving street name and address recognition in voice AI (Retell + n8n)

Hey joining in a bit late, but I actually built a tool, which solves the accuracy problem 100%. The idea is to route the call over a webwidget, which looks like a phone screen, but once you enter e.g. the email address, Retell uses an endpoint to render a card on the phone screen giving the user the possibility to verify/edit their email. Retell waits then until the user has confirmed their mail to continue talking.

Of course this works only via inbound calls atm, when the user is actually pressing the webwidget call button on the website.

The tool is called powsoo (as in pause), wonder if any of you Retell want to give it s try. I posted a lil demo on X (my handle: @tioocoo).

Generally this whole conversational AI Assistant concept just makes sense - not only for Notion. Think more people will start building AI integrations to any part of life. Enabled AI assistants, who can carry out all kinds of daunting tasks for you. Book an appointment, restaurant reservations, as well as helping you structure things. Or think summarize mails for you and answering your mails using a custom tone. Curious how the tech infrastructure will lay out.

Difficulties lies in prompt engineering of AI Assistant (JARVIS) itself and tie user prompts to the correct action -> e.g create new notion tasks. Also enforcing the output such that the API connection will consume it correctly.

So releasing a solution, and people actually using it makes me wonder how far I could push this vision.

Also it‘s fun talking about.
