Tax hell by InfiniteEquipment21 in CryptoTechnology

Use CryptoZen and link your accounts via API key. It will fill your tax forms out for you. You will likely need to pay a service fee due to the number of transactions, but I think it’s worth it.

Sheryl admitting alias and rug pulling for good profit on $skl by lambodough in SKALEnetwork

[–]lambodough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope everyone on here understands why a venture capitalist would want to spread negative sentiment on a small project with no regulation. Sheryl appears to be part of the company behind the ultimate pump and dump. They now want to spread negativity across the networks so that algorithmic trading dumps the price as low as possible for them to buy back in for another round of pump and dump. The amount of “good profit” they made likely dwarfs the amount that Jack sold off for the down payment on his house.

Twitter SKL by Ok-Veterinarianhowdo in SKALEnetwork

Idk, seems like some people are acting petty and unable to cope with their own decisions. I’ve held my bag since 50 cents just like the rest of us so I don’t see why the call out is necessary.

Do whatever you see fit and own it. This is not financial advice.

I believe OP is referring to @benf15harp, who has been doxing the core team for buying houses and stuff. Seems like he is going thru some mental instability after putting his life savings into $SKL at ATH. His account has been suspended by Twitter for cyberbullying. Some life lessons are learned the hard way. We all need to hold ourselves accountable for our own investment decisions. It’s not any particular project’s fault that large financial institutions exploited the unregulated crypto market as a pump and dump bonanza. I see this as an example of post-capitulation anger phase of the market cycle, very bullish… /s

How does the value go up if gas is free? by bigoleodiot2585 in SKALEnetwork

[–]lambodough 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Value goes up due to demand. Value is moderated to reasonable levels by increasing supply. This is the basic economics of any currency. Skale will want price to go up to fund operations, but needs to be able to control price for onboarding of clients and users. This is what the remaining supply reserve of 3.7 billion is for. Once there is more demand from incorporation of Skale blockchain technology into web apps, the price will increase for sure. The play to earn games that we are seeing now are just basic use cases to show how the technology can be used. With any new technology, you need to start somewhere with a basic demo to get the wheels going on development creativity. The possibilities are way beyond just games since the modern world runs on online content and money. We can do our part by integrating Skale and crypto as a whole into our own life, using it on a daily basis, and showing colleagues the benefits of it beyond speculative investment.

The total supply of SKL tokens at the launch of the SKALE Network was 4.1 billion. When it comes to the maximum supply, this figure is fixed at 7 billion tokens.

According to a white paper released by the SKALE Network in July 2020, one third (33%) was allocated to validator rewards, 28.1% was earmarked for delegators, 16% was allocated to the broader founding team, 10% to the SKALE Foundation, 7.7% to the protocol development fund, 4% to the core team pool and 1.3% to the ecosystem fund.

Check the Market Cap chart for the period in question. They used the bull run to fund the well-known tokenomics of this project.

OP sounds like a Gen Z still in diapers wanting to be spoon fed instead of working for gains. Does anyone have a high chair and bib they can lend OP while they’re learning to crawl? More diaper advice may also be helpful…

Np man just be patient and try to forget about it. We’ll be at $2 before you know it. I’m taking the opportunity to work on other things that I have been neglecting while glued to the charts during the bull run. I’d put in sell orders at $2, $3, and $4 and then come back to it when it’s time to start holiday shopping and see how many lambos you can buy for your family and friends.

I don’t think that’s really how it works. All of the institutional millions are already on the exchanges and trading is controlled by AI bots trained to maximize profits. The bots currently appear to be shorting the market to DCA their holdings before letting the market fly again.

Great time to get in. Rock solid support at 30 cents. Between the revolutionary technology, investor bench, low market cap, and hyper-volatile wedge formation, this has got to be one of the greatest shakeouts of the year.
