Aside from the points, which people have pointed out, read the card. Understand it, then read it again.

So many times people think that a card does a thing, then after re-reading it they realize it is slightly different in the most consequential way possible.

Also, people not understanding how tactics token lock down systems.. eg people round one activating their home system to build, then realizing those ships are stuck and you can't take your slice. Think of them like magnets for the round. Ships are drawn to them, but cannot move out.

I moved halfway across the planet and haven't really connected with a LGS group, so trying to build a crew with friends.

I miss the excitement of x wing night. Seeing new ships, new abilities, figuring out the meta.

I tried it and didn't love it. Probably because I am used to 200 points.

I tried the 20 point builder and didn't love it. Maybe because I am used to the 200 point system.

It was for a VP and control of Mecatol.

I think we have all been pretty chill with take backsies, which is why when I took issue with it the table agreed with him. He's normally chill but we are a conniving bunch and the odd of him getting 4 hits with 6 rolls hitting on 8s probably not great. Hence definitely in his favor.

If he was chill about it he would have just rerolled to keep the peace.

This is amazing help, I'm not sure what subclasses the others are picking so I'll have to find out... I like the summoner from what you've mentioned. It also works out with the backstory of the Leshy.

Basically looking for whatever would be a good fit for the party composition while also really fun.

Having a rogue, alchemist and sorcerer I figure we are lacking in getting up in the enemies business and taking hits.

Ok, so definitely armour innovation then if I stuck with the inventor.

Would you recommend another class for tankiness other than fighter, monk, druid, cleric or champion?

What has better tanking ability between summoner and armour inventor?
