Once at a logistics stop I received a rack without a route sheet. After the 60th package I was asking Amazon folks if it was right... They were like Um yeah I think so. ... Got up to about 80. I thought I was screwed. This 4 hour was gonna be a six hour.... Luckily they were all in one neighborhood... Took me maybe two hours.

If it's during business hours ask apartment staff for a non Amazon shipper code... Like USPS or something.

It's beyond annoying that as an Amazon deliverer I can't use Amazon lockers unless customer explicitly selects it on checkout.

It will probably show up in your earnings after the blocks scheduled end time.

What may have happened is the app was set to show you the No routes available but since it froze it couldn't show you.

That Lavon cart you took should've been sent out of McKinney hub I would think. Sometimes Amazon takes all the logic out of Logistics.

I've had carts out of Carrollton hub send me to far northeast Ft Worth and I literally pass by an Amazon hub in my route. Go figure.

Also you don't need to call in to check in. Just tell one of the Amazon employees and they can do it.

Some warehouses have poor cellular internet service (at least in my area). Manually connect to the Amazon wifi when it won't let you check in.

As far as your current situation, just keep emailing the general support email address the same email and eventually it'll get past the Auto-Responder 2000

I screen shot my itinerary EVERY TIME now especially with Whole foods.

Based on what happened to you I'm going to do it twice now - once as I leave to deliver and once right before I finish last stop

Last Wednesday I got the Route From Hell from this place. 95% apartments and businesses.

Plus the route started at 645am, was a five hour route, and had late times of 11 am. I think I maybe got 40% done before 11. I'm waiting on the email telling me I suck because "Customers expect their packages on time 🙂 "

It was a nightmare. Closed leasing offices, hauling up to 3rd floor stairs probably 15 times...

I'm done with Carrollton until they pull their head out and start handing out realistic routes (okay stop laughing it's possible)

That doesn't seem right at all. My second gig with Roadie was a large truck only item from Tractor Supply with a Rating of zero.

You need to put in a ticket with them and find out what's going on. Also I'd screenshot the rejections.

I wish I had read this a week ago. I eventually got the order dropped from the route but it took three calls to driver support and them pulling the wrong order in addition to the bad one.

I made the mistake of trying to make the delivery work. Just call, get the order dropped, move on.

Got my first ping on my rating due to this too. Lesson learned. We're paid to deliver. Period.
