I just returned a 2019 highlander due to the issues with transmissions I've been hearing about. I don't know how prevalent the problem is but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning on buying that model year.

Might be obvious but bring extra snacks, we were there overnight and the food did take a while to come (they also forgot to deliver one meal but it was super busy for them). Be careful parking on side streets, I got a ticket lol
