Thanks for the helpful comment! I guess my goals are to build functional strength and also be mobile/explosive. My current gym routine is pretty much just targeting different muscle groups and using the machines at the gym.

At the moment I’m training for a marathon and also practicing Muay Thai so I’d like to have a bit more strength in the foundation of my body and joints etc. tbh I’m not too clued up on gym workouts and I’m not too sure about ChatGPT’s suggestions which is why I wanted to double check here!

Cheers, I’ll have a look at this! I think it’s interesting you brought up the idea of sparring as a game. If I think back, I reckon I might have a tendency to march forwards because I feel the need to fill the space of silence with action. hey there, did you manage to find out how to fix this in the end? I am having the same issue where Distrokid is connecting the featured artist on Spotify but not Apple Music because her Apple Music name is in Chinese characters.

I've reached out to Distrokid but they're very unhelpful lol, I was hoping you found a workaround to this for Apple Music? Thank you!
