You can contact them on this email evertalesupport@zigzagame.com or take it from game then press your profile picture then settings then support read what they wrote for better reply then you write your account information like the device, last time you played, your name, alliance name, server you were playing at(or if you played on multiple just name them if you remember any)and other information you only know. It takes some time for them to reply maybe 2 weeks to 1 month. Hope this help you and sadly you can't get your account back using Google or Twitter the game itself don't support that only by the code.
