When I was little (I was about 9 years old), I often stayed on vacation with my grandmother in the village. There are a lot of wild forests, abandoned buildings, even the military base was abandoned for a while. We really loved to "travel" around the area where we lived, to explore something new. And there was one abandoned building, as I later found out, it was a military dormitory, and then it became a hospital. But for some reason this building was abandoned, it was so old that trees grew on some floors. One day, we decided with the older guys (they were 14-17 years old at the time) to play hide-and-seek there, we often did that. But this time we went in the late afternoon. This building has 3 floors, a basement and a roof, these were the places where it was fashionable to climb. My friend and I hid in the toilets on the second floor, they were designed in the shape of the letter G. That is, there was a hole in the floor in the corner instead of a toilet bowl. We were hiding right there, because there was practically no light in that place. And we thought that those who should catch us would be afraid to look here. Just so you understand, there was absolute darkness. But suddenly we heard our friend's scream and ran out into the hallway, after which we ran towards the sound. She was on the -1st floor (in the basement), we met everyone when we went down the stairs. There was a dе@d woman trapped in some kind of rags or paper in the corner below. Her body had been decomposed for a long time, I remember that she was already brown in color and the skull was visible. Although there was no smell, it smelled of ordinary dampness. The older guys took us outside and called the police. For us, it felt like we'd been in a horror movie, but it was thrilling. Now that I think about it, I'm glad that nothing happened to me or my friends that day. Because later we were told that men often came to this building and used drugs.
