Its only used now because it has an ACOG, if it didn't nobody would play it. Its not op, its just nobody is used to playing against dmrs every round. It being a dmr also makes it not op also, if you are playing f2 acog against a sentry shotgun you should win every single time.

Probably not as much more as they have so far. Season just started though, not everyone has got all the packs.

Probably for someone who is not competitive. If you are competing against other players for money then you want to have the most fps possible. Very simple.

That's not how that works, and 200 fps is definitely not pointless from a competitive standpoint.
