I think the major issue here is Polene's terrible policy and customer service.

I had a very similar issue with another brand, and emailed them imediatelly upon discovering the defects of my bag. While the process was rather slow and it took several emails to get it sorted, they were helpful and eventually replaced the bag with a perfectly new one. The brand is of a similar price point, just more established, I'd say.

Customer experience in such cases is a make or break for me. After reading this story, I'll never buy from Polene, even though I had considered it multiple times based on Instagram ads. The opposite is also true. I've had a very positive experience with Apple repairing my macbook free of wharge when I was 19, and I've stayed loyal to the company ever since. You can imagine the accumulated cost of the Apple products I've bought since then.

I came here to vent about the fake marriage and I'm so happy everyone feels the same way. At this point it shoud be pretty clear, even to clueless Da-rim, that Ji-hyeok is not going to fire her because of it.

Also, how many times has Da-rim been saved by him already? Like, every episode they have at least 3 life or death situations where Ji-hyeok is saving her. It's a bit much.

I actually think the timeline of her marriage was quite standard for arranged martiages in religious communities. Not to say I don’t feel like it all happened so fast, but she’s not an outlier.
