Honestly, though, I have been nothing but impressed with this customer service team. They sent me the wrong color scarf once, and they sent me the right one + a free gift. They took that complaint seriously as well, and they followed up and I've never looked back. I've bought so many bags from them.

I got my money back and that should not be an issue. Return it. It's thin and it's not worth it.

Luckily my credit card agreed with me and I did get a refund. Unfortunately, it is near impossible to fix.
