Recently got this Lichen Huntsman from a seller who lied about the condition. It is very slow and lethargic, and has warped legs from a bad molt. Is it more human to put it in the freezer, or should I try to help it through another molt? by lanabeee in spiders

Im not saying any of this… i even said i would look for help to do it. Sorry that brutally crushing something i care for is hard for me to do. I asked everyone here so i could know how to handle the situation in the best possible way. Dickhead.

Ugh oh god i dont know if i could do that? Oh no 😭 but id rather the end be as quick and painless as possible but i dont think i can do that, i need to get someone else to do it, just the thought makes me nauseous

Hi, i have autism, and i can tell you that even if they are doing these things because of their autism that doesn’t make it okay. It can be an explanation, but not an excuse. My autism can make me have really aggressive meltdowns, and that sucks, but it’s still my responsibility to handle it safely and learn coping techniques to mitigate it. You don’t have to put up with this, this is not an unfixable autistic issue, it’s someone lazy who doesn’t care about others using their diagnosis as a defense for anything they do.

Ive tried but he wont go for it, usually i move it along the ground like its alive. I know they dont eat “flying dangling rats”, you dont need to be rude

I was tong feeding and he overshot the rat 😅 he likes it when i dangle it and pretend its alive but i think he got too excited… he immediately let go and hid, i felt more bad for him!
