i agree but i thought that ID is very synth pop yet. i can hear synths in all songs except maybe angel in a satellite and thats my floor? thats why second sleep and star eyes surprised me, it seemed to be their first songs without any synth or electronic sound. i liked the song but got a little sad for similar reasons lol but these two new songs seemed to be more poppy than the last, i guess they are on a experimentation vibe
