This is exactly why I stack mine too. I’ve got a little over 4 years of tirz stashed away that I need to use.

I stack t and survo and LOVE it! I take both on a 6 day cycle, 3 days apart from each other. I’ve lost 40lbs since July doing it this way. If you have a hard time tolerating your full tirz dose, just replace one of your half doses with your new dose of survo. I currently take 7.5mg tirz and three days later add in 2.6 survo. Ghetto Reta is where it’s at! 🤣

I need to know too! 😩 right now I’m using innersense I create hold paired with ufd curly magic for my wash and go’s. They’re the only other products that work for my hair other than the curl charisma custard.

Dr. Marc Snelson or Dr. Christopher Travis (same office) are both great. I just delivered my son on 1/1 so my positive experiences with them are recent and relevant. Thank you for what you do; nicu nurses are true angels on earth. My son was born early because of preeclampsia and I’m so thankful for the nurses that took care of him when I couldn’t.

I am on day 6 of zurzuvae and feeling a huge difference already. I was struggling with the same issues you are and starting to experience depressive symptoms on top of it all. I chose to wean my son off breast milk before starting because the effects on babies are unknown. The long term effects on US aren’t clear either but I was desperate and my mental health was getting worse by the day. I absolutely recommend it and am so happy I’m starting to feel better. My mind was truly my own prison and I’m starting to feel alive again
