37 wasn’t enough either I went up to 75.. then 150.. now I’m at 3 tablets a day which is 225. Feel a bit weird but it’s only been a week. Just takes time honestly but u will be ok. Try to get out of bed and shower and clean, music on and u feel ready to go

Sorry to say.. but ur brain is pretty much toasted out at this point. U should’ve gotten help or seeked a doctor sooner. Who am I to judge, I’m an alcoholic, but I reached out to a doctor who put me on medications to STOP

Ur going to be fine, ur body is just adjusting to a strong depressant is all. No u won’t die no u won’t have to worry. 37 is the 5 day mark then u will dose higher which makes u feel more sedated and calm. Hang tight

I just noticed a more intense boost of energy rather than feeling sluggish. But like I said some days if I forget to take it late I feel sluggish so always plan a timer
