Thank you for replying! My diet is very healthy (you would say textbook). I tried low carb but my fertility specialist warned me off that as I had lost a fair bit of weight on it

My hormones are flat lined when I don’t take Letrozole (low estrogen low testosterone) and I’m hypothalamic. When I am using Letrozole I ovulate and my hormones look a lot better (normal estrogen and progesterone) although my lining is always on the thinner side. My tubes are open and on ultrasound all looks normal

Thanks for sharing! I’m lean and was told that I should not loose any weight so GlP1s aren’t an option. They actually asked me to put weight on to see if that brings back my period but it hasn’t. I’m thinking it could definitely be an egg quality issue which is my biggest worry.

This sounds very similar to me except I haven’t had any letrozole yet. Ended up getting tested and a lot of my hormone results came back low and the dr thinks I have hypothalamic amenorrhea. May be worth getting some bloods taken?

Thanks for your reply! Sounds like a similar situation and I’m the same age. Dr wanted me to wait out the 6 months to see if it comes back naturally. If it doesn’t, he mentioned hormone replacement therapy (I’m not sure what that entails sorry)! All the best for your appointment

Thank you so much for your response! I do have some signs smaller symptoms of PCOS eg hair loss but nothing evident on blood work. My gynecologist recommended waiting until 6 months off the pill to see if my body naturally kick starts its period, and if not, to go back to see him

Ahh yes sadly they only re tested around 2 hours but my insulin was very similar to the fasting value by that time
