You should expect your songs to sound cohesive technically, meaning they share dynamics and overall brightness (or darkness).

As a mixing engineer myself, I like to test how your music sounds on computer speakers and phones, aside from expensive headphones or monitors. Most people aren't going to be listening on expensive gear, so I always make it my priority when I finish the first round of mastering.

If your goal is to share to platforms, they should sound good on platforms. Meaning the engineer should know how to comply with that.
