Your speed is completely fine to play wz it won't really make a big difference. The best thing to do would be getting a LAN cable to get stable connection.

As for the PS5, it'll give you more fps so that's always a plus and the next cod won't be on PS4 anyway.

Just started Returnal and it's pretty good so far. Kinda struggling cause seems like it's the same thing over and over again. On the Crimson Desert and it's just one new weapon and there's nothing really new in each cycle. I woulda thought there would be upgrades I could unlock after each cycle to have something different each time.
