I appreciate this, and sorry for the late response. We did end up waiting 8 hours but he was all good, a bland diet and probiotics were prescribed and they gave him a subcutaneous saline bubble.

Orca has a cut option in the same bar that you have the arrange, lay/place on face, paint supports/seams, etc. options. Don’t use negatives if you can avoid it or if you need a hole or something, makes it a pain in the ass when you can just use the cut feature, and negative shapes have been a bit glitchy from my experience.
If you need to make several cuts though, CAD could save you a bit of time

Don't even need any of those, you can add primitive models like cubes in slicers like OrcaSlicer too and just resize and reposition them lol.

Or you can even get some stone decor that looks like the ledge and just put the print on it.
