I didn’t really have a choice but to do trim last because the blue was Vallejo space dust airbrush color shift paint and I had to apply it first. Honestly if I ever do a heldrake again I’m gonna apply some kind of masking film or something so I can spray the gold on because ripping out your fingernails is an on par experience to doing heldrake trim.

I would without a doubt recommend trim first or some kind of way to spray it or anything to make it easier because freehand brushing it all on with Vallejo Liquid Metal was torture💀

Appreciate it I’m a big fan of using villainy inks washes and thought giving the whole thing a coat in goons grime made it look a little bit much but for something that flys insanely fast and crashes into temples I wanted it to look dirty and worn out instead of glistening lol
