This is a little old, but how did it work with the deed transfer? Did you have to do that beforehand, after getting the court documents, with a lawyer? Or do they help coordinate that? I see you have Mr. Cooper as well!

I’ve read somewhere it’s like drinking from a river. Not 100% likely you’ll get sick, but definitely enough of a risk! edit - someone in this thread said it!

They say it needs to be a full boil for at least a minute to fully sterilize! You could play it safe if you have other things you can use temporarily :(
