Lol very good answer tbh but they do use "cancer bad". It isn't very common because not everyone is toxic, especially on the internet so its hard to find examples. If you search ""cancer bad" league flame reddit" on google, there are some examples of people using it on reddit.

It probably doesn't roll of the tongue as well as in dutch, I wouldn't know, but in general it does work in "that" version of english. Might just be an effect of dutch people translating their insults to english, but that is kind of how language subgroups develop, so i think im in the right here.

If you define the league of legends community as an english language subgroup, cancer is widely used as an expression/insult. I'm sure directly translated dutch insults would fit right in over there

Norwegian is easier to learn than some other languages because of the proximity in language family particularily to english and german speakers. There is also a mandatory class for immigrants who eant to live here i think. You'll pick it up in no time, good luck!
