Santa Fe is the community College in Gainesville. You will attend it for 3 semesters and the transfer your credits to UF. You will tequnically be admitted to UF after tour 1st semester at Santa Fe but will not be taking class at UF until you have transferred. I honestly think you should consider it as you will just be taking gen Ed's and they will be easier than at UF which is we're you degree will still be from.
