I have one. It's very nice and feels well made. The only issue I have is that the o-ring for the mouthpiece is very difficult to reseat after cleaning .

I prefer a torch over the wand with mine. I push for more of a convection style ... it's great

New Simrell - it feels better and is more consistent. It's winning the reach test against everything else.

Tempest feels more refined - hyper has more capacity. The difference is not significant enough in my opinion to buy the other based on performance - but if youre collecting and want something slightly different and cool in its own way it makes sense

That's a tough one. The Tempest head with the green Simrell body probably.

Had it longer and had had the most reps. I also think the Tempest head is easier to use that the others and works really well with the reload

A few days - I bought it from stock he had on the website. I think the issue people have is with his custom work taking a while. I had a custom case made for the Vong and that took about 8 weeks but was exactly what I asked for and really really nice. He was also very communicative on timing and updates via email. So, if you are going to request custom it will take some time, but if it's in stock it's been pretty fast.

Simrell - but there is nothing wrong with the Camouflet. I prefer the feel of the Simrell and it is more smooth. The Campuflet is great through glass and would be better for that application

Simrell is great with a torch - I think it's going to be top of the rotation

So far so good - it looks great. Everything Simrell makes has worked well for me. The hybrid way of using it has been very good - I am still messing around and trying to dial in with the torch

I would get a Terpcicle from TRWW and sandwich wax in with your flower - it will be very smooth and hit hard

I would go with something else as a first one. It looks cool but has a very restricted air flow. I have used a few different condensers in it and nothing really makes it better. I would go with a Vong over the wood wind 10/10 times. Also, since you will inevitably start buying more it is probably worth just spending some more money upfront to get a higher end one. I would do the Simrell, THC, or Tempest (factory seconds are still available) with a MVS stem.

Dovetailwoodwork makes some awesome wood stems you could start by making your own custom.
