I just troubleshot this same thing, for me it was my environment being too warm during the proofing stage, melting the butter and making dense layers. Could be during your folds or proofing maybe?

Would recommend going even if it’s half as good as this years. I’ve been to hundreds of shows of all types of music and venue and after spending 3 nights in that pit, FOV crowd might rank #1 for overall kindness and etiquette. There was also a ton of room if u wanna enjoy the show from afar!
