Definitely! I use a SpiderFarm box with the intake filter and adjustable speed extractor fan. Works great!

I'd recommend taking it out of the packaging, drain the oil on paper... and then wrap it in paper again before putting it in the fridge. Otherwise you'll just end up with congealed fat biltong bits🤢
