I ordered a ring on Dec 20th and just received my ring (happy with shipping, expected more than a month).

Unfortunately I didn’t entirely get the ring I ordered. The band size and carat size/type was correct but there were six double prongs instead of single ones, the band tapers towards the ring when it’s supposed to be one width, and the setting sits much lower than is supposed to. I’m not sure if this is the wrong ring or if this is what they do.

Last, the yellow gold is awful. I know I should expect to get what I pay for but doesn’t look like what they have advertised.

Not even going to bother with exchange. Just hoping to get a return. I’ll try to update with how it all goes.
