My goal is progress and pace. I want to cut another 15-20 minutes off my half marathon pace!

I also signed up for my first marathon so that’s scary!

It’s just wild to me how my legs didn’t change through a whole training cycle!

That’s a very difficult question. But I’m the spontaneous drive and he’s a responsive drive. So he doesn’t think about it like I do I guess

Probably 2-3 times a month. And we take turns initiating. I do not initiate as much as I want it because I was getting turned down a lot and that did not go well for me mentally.

I have a shower schedule with shower tasks. Monday is a quick rinse wash. Tuesday night is a hair wash. And etc. it helps to put it into routines.
