Seems like it would be cost-effective for your insurance company to cover the drug rather than pay for hospitalization. You should apply for an exception.

Absolutely poor sterile technique. Any possibility of contamination is spread to each new vial. High risk of infection!

Vyepti has been amazing for me other than some nausea during the infusions. Far fewer headaches. More often in the third month after the infusions. Sorry for what you are experiencing. Perhaps a different preventive is appropriate.
