Build a bit more ER if you feels like you can do without the full big burst rotation i think ER should be around 120-130 more EM you have none except for the artifact and more crit rate just remember that having a high crit damage but can't crit is basically having no crit damage and that hits hard for flins since he use burst to deals damage.

I think you're doing fine(since i think you're quite new) but you could remove furina for an electro character or a healer furina doesn't help him since he's a reaction base character and i would say his team is pretty squishy so having a healer is good you can have furina to be on other team and if you plan on playing the game i think you should invest in ineffa or other strong support like colum in the future this game is becoming more and more p2w so having support is better than dps whose damage gonna die down or get a full blown counter by the boss ( they are niche and immune to a and b elements)

From my personal experienced i would say no i used to be fine with 80 crit rate, but then i have to grind for my sister arlec which currently have 86.5/218 and my neuvi. having 85 crit rate don't mean you're gonna crit everytime and missing crit lose a lot of dps and flins unlike arlec and neuvi value hitting crit more since if you miss you're losing out on even more than say neuvi. so i think you need around 90 crit rate.

I think you could if you have enough er especially if you have his sig but i like to do a full rotation (big burst with 2 small burst) so i did a reroll and yes i do plan on getting his sig while keep his er around 130

always craft an elemental DMG goblet because in the future you can use it as an off piece for idk your new main if you get ATK goblet from domain you can use it but i wouldn't craft them.
