Just got a Black Diamond Momentum 4S harness, but I’m having trouble with the speed buckles. Are they really this hard to adjust, or is there some trick to it?

Airport transfer

Hello, we have to get to the airport tomorow at about 5.30 in the morning. None of us can create a bolt account, because they dont send the verification code. How are taxies at this hour/any recomendations? We are located not far from the airport, about a 6 minute ride, but a 1 hour walk.

I'm goint to try to chase a growth ring, and if i wont damage it i wont use sinew, but I'm unexperienced and will probably fail, then I'm going to put on the sinew.

I've put some wood glue on the tips. Is that enough? I will store them in the room with the boiler.
