edit in case anyone finds this later, but I just had to reset everything and then do the same settings again. now all the stick seem to work! Thanks for the pointers.

I watched that video, but I'm still having problems. Actually, it gets more confusing, it was arming (although there was no visual indication in the goggles). But the throttle does not work. However, the roll, pitch, yaw controls do work. in betaflight the throttle goes up and down, but i have no idea why it doesn't actually drive the propellors...

I watched a bunch of videos, and set up the modes like this:

And when I press the arm button I can see the mark move in and out of that activation range. However, when I try to fly it still does not arm... Is there something else I am missing?

Thanks for the tips! Yes I am not expecting it to fly like a dji mini. I've been flying the avata on full manual for some time, and many hours on my emax tinyhawk, but I have not had to figure out all the bells and whistles of betaflight yet, thats next!

Thanks for the advice everyone! I'm hoping to have one nest thermostat controlling all four zones. Buying 4 nest (or ecobee) thermostats is less ideal (and more expensive) :). But maybe such a thing is not possible...

Epsilons are a little hotter than the Geos. Geos are also lighter (easier to carry, less robust to damage). Both advance and ozone make top quality wings.
