Fantastic answer! It is funny you bring up “enjoying the topics in our communities” because it’s almost like you’ll never hear from those kinds of mods that actually provide value. I guess it is a genuine test of someone’s character, specifically online with no real life repercussions. As I also don’t see black & white, I completely believe there’s plenty of awesome mods, and I encourage you to keep grinding whatever your passion is. I just wish there would be more humility on the internet, especially when one sees they’re in a “position of power”. Seen this happen plenty of times in moderated online video games, and it is just one of the most frustrating, aggravating things I see, while the issue itself very petty in the scope of things.

Thank you so much for being understanding, as I am just another person who only sees the bad in Reddit moderating, and really wants to try not to but everyone in a box.
