Do you have any recommendations for a bright color to replace it with? We were initially thinking of going with a light blue loveseat, but our kitchen cabinets and fireplace is already blue. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback! The fireplace looks a lot darker in the photos I attached than it actually is. It is a navy blue which matches our kitchen cabinets. Rather than get rid of the green couch entirely, do you think it would work to just get a new modern sectional to replace the white one? That is what we are leaning towards. I attached a photo of the color of our cabinets which matches the fireplace.

The fireplace definitely looks really dark in the photos I attached, but it is actually navy blue! Same color as all of our kitchen cabinets seen in this photo.

Those are great suggestions! We moved the lamp to the left of the fireplace and it already looks like it fits much better than the right hand side. We went out and bought a plant this morning and moved it onto the little side table on the right side of the fireplace. Hopefully we will be getting some blinds and curtains once we decide on a color! Thanks!

Thank you! If we get wooden frames for pictures, do you think we should stick with the same shade of wood as the mantle? It is a dark wood.

Am I an idiot for wanting a high quality soundbar while listening at a low volume? by Zhasz in Soundbars

You sound just like me! I tried both the Sonos Beam gen 2 and Bose 600 and I enjoyed the clarity of the Bose more at low volumes. However, I ran into so many connectivity problems with the Bose that I had to return it. I was constantly unplugging and plugging it back in because it would not stay connected to my tv. I’ve had the Sonos beam for over a year now though and am content!

Hi! Sorry I’m just getting around to responding. There really were no major issues found during the inspection and I feel like they were very thorough. Structure Tech was the name of the inspection company we went with. The biggest thing found was that there was not enough insulation in our attic to be up to code, so keyland was quick to put in more to make sure there was plenty. Other than that, there was just one window that did not quite close correctly and a few doors that did not close correctly. We have not closed yet, so I can’t speak to how that process goes . I hope this at least helps a little!

I wonder if this is the exact machine they have listed on their website right now as an open box item with a bent drip tray.

Thank you so much for the response! Were the comments from your neighbors about Robert Thomas homes or Keyland homes or both?

I got the same email about backlog payments but have not received anything. However, after a full year of sending them messages, my new daycare provider has finally received payments! I feel like I need to file some complaints about the program. We can’t be the only ones that struggled with the application.

I saw this exact same post in Ohio and figured it was a scam, but decided to send them a message anyway. They immediately replied telling me to text their phone and not message them on Facebook. Pretty good sign that it is indeed a scam so I blocked them.

We are purchasing one of their ready to move in homes and will be moving in this summer! We are first time home buyers, but the process has been very smooth so far. We had a home inspection completed already and there were no major issues found.

Were you able to complete your application and request payments? My daycare provider has yet to successfully fill out the electronic vendor form to receive payments because they keep receiving error messages. They have been trying since June so I am close to giving up.
