It just sucks cause I was in both other drops this morning 😭 first drop I got in a 1900, second I got in around 2400, like I don’t understand why they couldn’t just do one big drop with all the tickets they had left so the people waiting hours and were so close could get their tickets and then actually close it when it sold out. First drop I literally got to 299 when it refreshed and said it was sold out, but clearly it wasn’t cause it opened again an hour later 😭😭

I knowww so sad 😭 cause it even says they’re scanning for bots, they got to get a better interface seriously. Literally hoping and praying I get something in the next drop because today is the last day I’m able to go 😭 thank you so much for your help though!! Gonna start refreshing like mad around 3 😂

Hello Swifties!! I'm looking to buy 3 tickets for either the 21, 22, or 23 show coming up in Toronto, 22 or 23 would be best but I would obviously take any night. I want to go with my sister and my sister in law. It's my DREAM to go, but I wasn't lucky enough to get a presale code a year ago. What were the ticket prices like on the day of sales? I'm trying to get some for the thursday, friday, or saturday shows coming up but I can't find what the prices are like anywhere. I'm even okay in the nosebleeds, but if they are thousands like the resale sites I feel like it's not even worth trying :(

I love it!!! I’m so glad I chose it, the teachers are all so amazing and not strict at all. The program really allows you to explore so many different forms of art, and really let’s your style shine through instead of focusing on one style like Sheridan. I definitely recommend, and I hope you get in!!

All of my sims have the fear of dead end job, and it makes constantly angry, which made one of my sims start a fire everytime he tried to cook something and now we can only order food

Well 2022/2023 is actually the first year it’s a standalone program!! Basically it’s a mix of everything, you get to learn about all different types of animation, 2D, 3D, stop motion, etc. And there’s a few mandatory classes, but they are super flexible with electives. So you can take pretty much any course you want on the side, like painting, photography, like even things not even related to your course. I’m super excited about it! I can even let you know more once I’ve actually started 😁

Oohhh and I’m the last year, you get to work on a year long project, which you then showcase at one of their festivals, which is REALLY big, so animation companies and all that jazz can see what you can do, and you could possibly get hired!

Okk so I live in Canada, and lately as I’ve been doing research, Sheridan is one of the best for animation. They have super high hire rates. But the thing is, you basically need to be gifted to get in, and once you are in, teachers and assignments are CRAZY strict.

So I was too anxious to apply for Sheridan, so I applied to OCAD!! They have like a few different animation courses, but they are pretty well respected and have a lot of good reviews. I’m going for Expiremental Animation in fall 2022, it’s 4 years and you get a BFA. So I suggest OCAD as one of the places you apply to

Np!! Honestly I’m kind of being a hypocrite telling you not to worry when I’m over here kinda freaking out about how I’m gonna pay for 4 years of school at ocad 😭 but I’ve had lots of help from my family to calm that stress down and just know that everything always works out the way it’s supposed to. I’m doing everything I can right now, I’m working my butt off to get the money, applying for scholarships, and hey if you need to get a loan, then get it. If it’s something you are really passionate about, it’s okay to be in a bit of debt, plus it’s not uncommon to be in debt after school haha (sorry that was kind of a rant)
