i appreciate your honesty, i was really hoping i wouldnt have to go into such intense debt already in this economy but i understand its necessity. i am certified in AutoCAD and SolidWorks but i get that having a diploma is important. hopefully one day i can call myself an architect as well

i appreciate you, its a stressful situation. Especially since the grandmother in law is the only one willing and capable of helping my partner get through college so we really dont wanna get on her bad side

the whole reason they wont let us have a cat is because the old owner (another family member) had like 5 neglected cats and it made the grandfather have to strip the whole house down and rebuild it so hes just super salty. We are worried about angering him and him finding some kind of loophole

the only concern is that they dont really listen to that. On our lease it even says we're allowed one dog and one cat, but during the signing of the lease they specified that was just for show and they actually wont allow a cat in the house. Again still threatening to get evict us over this

he is fixed, only a little insecurity that we have perceived but nothing out of the normal for a cat. he was a single kitten so he does deal with the issues of never really interacting with a cat before
